BORMA WACHS is a brand of B.P.S srl, an Italian company with German-based historical know-how, producing chemical specialties for eco-sustainable finishing and cosmetic wood maintenance.
Since 2011 it has been collaborating on an ongoing basis with the IBR, Institut für Baubiologie, in Rosenheim, and carries out its activity according to ISO regulatory standards.
We have been offering excellent service to customers in over 50 countries around the world since 1928.

Our sales force focuses on the retail and industrial sectors in order to ensure our customers the best possible support and expertise.

At Borma our mission is very simple:

based on clear models, we try to pursue the goal of being the best producer/distributor of eco-sustainable cosmetics and finishes for wood.
This is the purpose of B.P.S Srl and for this reason, we continuously work to improve our performance for:
- help our customers to achieve success
- we train to improve our teams in retail and industry
- we ensure sustainable development by pursuing a VOC Free circular process
- we ensure the return on the invested capital

For B.P.S Srl it is important to underline the value of change and continuous improvement.
Borma believes that innovative actions are not enough, as improvements are too rapid, radical that require large resources and a complete break with the past.
Borma particularly values the Kaizen philosophy, to establish a slow but constant and unstoppable improvement that does not place itself in a position of rupture with the past but feeds on the past to improve the present and the future.
